Healthy Foods By Naomi

A balanced diet has a mixture of tasty food.

Carbohydrate food are popcorn and pasta.  I love carbohydrate foods.

Fat is good for you if you eat a little but if you eat too much you get rotting teeth. Fat helps vitamins blast into little pieces.

Diary products have all milk in them including ice cream.
