How Maui found the Secret of fire.
In a dark and damp village there lived a leader named Maui. Maui wants to find out what would happen if all of the burning fire went out, so at night Maui poured out all of the fire.
When it was morning the village's were FURIOUS with Maui,so they sent him to the volcano to get some more hot fire.
First Maui asks Mahuiaka for some fire and goes and drops it in the blue stream and asks for another and another and another, when Mahuiaka was up to her last flame Mahuika said to Maui NO!
Then Mahuiaka got FURIOUS with Maui and she through her last flame at a Kaikamkao tree.
Next Maui changed into Kahu, the hawk and went back to the village by the splashing sea.
Finally Maui figured out how to make fire.
