We have been reading Mokai Rangatira By Warren Pohatu.
We were really inspired by his beautiful pictures and stories about different animals.
So we made our own using sharpie, water paint, coloured pencils and pastels.
We had to shade, use contrasting colours and use the entire page.

I really loved seeing your interpretations of Warren's work. You all displayed excellent use of colour and lines. What I would like to see is more smiles! You all did a wonderful job. Be proud and smile when sharing your learning! I would be happy if I could draw like that!
